i predicted the run for cover, but the plain truth--- that into the mix of newton students ---whose safety was entrusted ,these now 'excuse pointing fingers public employees' are responsible for the doings of this day---when but a short time ago a certain sexual predator..a newton teacher--was SENTENCED IN FEDERAL COURT TO 45 YEARS YES 45 YEARS!!...AND THIS NEXT ACCUSED TEACHER WHO STOOD CUFFED IN COURT, PRESUMED INNOCENT, HIDDENED FACE... BEFORE THE NEWTON COURT, IN A PERIOD OF LESS THAN TWO YEARS HAS AN ALLEGED COLLECTION OF THOUSANDS OF CHILD PORN ..SOME AS YOUNG ALLEGEDLY AS 4 YEARS OLD...AND THIS PREDATOR WAS WITHIN A SCHOOL SYSTEM WITH HIGH PAID PROTECTORS WHO NEVER SAW THIS ALLEGED CHILD PREDATOR IN AND AMONGST THE CHILDREN ... SOME THE AGE OF THOSE ALLEGED IN THE CHILD PORN ...NO ONE KNEW ? NO ONE SAW? IN NEWTON? IN A BOSTON PAPER COMMENTS WERE FLOODING THE PAGES ASKING HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN IN NEWTON? THE FACTS ARE CLEAR...IN THE CITY OF NEWTON ONE FEDERALLY CONVICTED PREDATOR WAS SENTENCED IN FEDERAL COURT TO 45 YEARS AND NOW 1000+ OF ALLEGED CHILD PORN IS ALLEGED FOR SOME TIME TO BE ON A TEACHERS COMMUNTER....W/O DETECTION BY SETTI WARREN OR THE HIGH PRICED ADM....UNTIL I AM CERTAIN FED ASSETS WERE USED TO UNCOVER THE NIGHTMARE. SETTI WARREN TAKES BOWS; LOOKS TO RUN FOR ANOTHER OFFICE BEFORE THE INK WAS DRY ON HIS OATH..SETTI WARREN SERVED PART OF HIS ELECTED TERM AWAY FOR A YEAR WITH FULL PAY AND I SUSPECT NEWTON ASSETS. THE PASSING THE BLAME IS WHAT WARREN DOES BEST THIS TIME THE SMILE WILL NOT WORK! THE ISSUE IS TO DARN SERIOUS! THE HORRIFIC FACTS ARE INDEED ONGOING WHILE SETTI WARREN - THE ELECTED MAYOR WAS ON GUARD...AND HE FAILED ..... AND FOLKS THIS CITY CAN DO BETTER AND START WITH THANKING SETTI WARREN FOR HIS SERVICE AND SEND HIM ON HIS WAY....THE STAKES ARE TO HIGH; THE RISK TO GIGANTIC ; LIVES OF CHILDREN OUR AT STAKE; THIS TIME SETTI WARREN SHOULD LEAVE NEWTON FOR A POSITION WHERE FOLKS NO LONGER LOOK TO HIM TO PROTECT THE MOST INNOCENT IN THE GREATEST DANGER...OUR CHILDREN! aside from utterly poorly defended federal law suits against the city that could cost millions, tragically defended by setti warren appointed city attorneys drawing mega city salaries, inexperienced in federal ECF and defensive pleadings, not asserting in their original filings in federal court claims for jury trial or privilege, aside from police scandals now involving setti warren directly, a former chief now collecting for life at huge cost a city pension caused by his removal by setti warren, aside from failing the top ten MA school educational ratings ----being 19th, hundreds of unfunded pensions, roads in disgrace, newton centre a disaster zone, AND NOW ANOTHER sexual misconduct scandal and a charge that has blown the lid of this city's government..and schools all starting with setti warren and all the school board members and highest paid administrators in MA.. IT IS TIME TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT SETTI WARREN IS A FAILED MAYOR SETTING NEWTON INTO A TAIL SPIN OF ONGOING DISASTERS UNDER HIS HORRID ADMINISTRATION.. SETTI WARREN bares full responsibility for these horrific issues and it is time for every voter, every parent in particular, to stand tall and remove setti warren and the school board members and find honest, qualified, focused leadership....leaders bright-- that are in the City and are willing and qualified to served brilliantly! A SOLEMN MOMENT OF DEEP REFLECTION AND AWESOME CONCERN
there comes a time when facts require deep reflection in the matter of the duty to protect the youngest amongst us as they begin their life's journey and responsibilities to the Nation and community and family and themselves....it is not a time of accusations or divisiveness .or excuses... it is a time for adult responsibility of the entire community to react to---focused failure!!!......and indeed if these statistics are correct, as they appear to be at first blush, the innocents amongst us have been cheated, yes robbed, in a sense, that they were denied the best of the most fundamental obligation of the community....teaching at the highest level possible... with one of the most expensive high schools in the usa and salaries that match or exceed bankers pay, newton failed to be either one or two or three.....and there is an answer to take out of office the entire school committee and mayor and to begin a debate that dramatically reveals outstanding qualifications for new leadership and clear direction... the leadership [the mayor and school committee and administrators] is responsible but indeed the voter have the now responsibility to begin debate, dialogue and a search for the best amongst a community that is home to outstanding..gifted... minds and intel.... excuses from the current board, the mayor, high paid executive leadership are not necessary, ----their resignations are! unproofed

PACER IS ACCESS TO ALL FEDERAL COURT PROCEEDINGS...
and indeed that public record indicated weeks ago that unlike the distinguished counsels for other named Defendants, in the pending litigation before a distinguished federal judge, the city of newtons' counsels, appointed to high salary jobs at the Hall by setti warren, did not invoke in the defense of newton et al, pleadings claiming -- jury trial or even the defense of 'privilege', as were invoked by the other learned and distinguished defense counsels....evoking the question of "why so" ? the mayor of course attended 5 years of law school but never passed the MA State bar......so as voter deciding who should be the next mayor of this city one might ask is setti warren no matter how pleasant the smile, really qualified in his appointment process? there is an election, there is responsibility to be informed, and now there are serious issues as to the capability of the present mayor to protect and led newton for 4 more years.....these are facts...upon the public record.....and the issues need some vetting election vetting........in order that the next vote in newton for mayor be one based upon sound judgment........not a so called 'rock star' smile?. indeed a public informed of all the facts is a public best able to cast the votes that protect the city by qualified leadership....and the free press is a vehicle to request answers by one who has the solemn responsible of alleged experienced leadership....God bless the first amendment and the freedom of the press! unp
