OUR FIRST AMENDMENT AND THE RIGHT TO SPEAK!
in our Nation, everyone has the right to an opinion....and that right applies to the declaration of the folks who took a stance for or against upon an issue...the quintessential, is the utter right to speak on any issue, at anytime, anywhere on any subject.....the right to question any public purpose or public institution is the essence of our purpose.....and w/o passing on the issue, the party has a right,. absolute to be vetted....discussed ...and...be w/in the area of public discussion..... newton and the state are neither our gods nor the gatekeepers to free speech.......but our public employees who are duty bound to listen, no matter the issue..... “The freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment must be accorded to the ideas we hate or sooner or later they will be denied to the ideas we cherish.” —Justice Hugo Black unp
