no excuse whatsoever for even 1 case,,,,a complete housecleaning including all personal and supervisors should have determined the issue and everyone FIRED ON THE SPOT death by hep C is horrid...and this teaching hospital is a disgrace to the profession and to MA, who has a governor in name only! deval should be on the spot and clean house now!
