this week GOAL lost yet another case before the SJC re juvenile offenders....
aside from the high salaried GOAL folks, i found the system of licensing in MA

weapons laws in MA are focused on the violators, and the limitation to deadly force or harmful injury diminished by strict licensing especially of those venues filled with drug violators....indeed starting with the Fox bill. LTC et al protects all from the constant threat of felonious attacks on those in the known high crime communities....and adds time to criminal violations..
GOAL best focus on real issues and not those that distract from the every day protection of licensing that in MA appears well run by all agencies......

the greatness of the USA is everyone has their right to opinions....and if you like the law changed, begin at the selection of candidates, not organization of high salaried chaps that lose every case in our courts...!
