in MA, COMMONWEALTH vs. FRITZ OLMANDE, the appeals court [today] admitted error, grave error in the prosecutors closing...yet no objection from a lawyer who past the MA Bar, but was either unseasoned or unaware of our mandated quest for justice...the court noted the defense counsel assented to a otherwise fatally flawed closing...by the prosecutor...no reversal...and so i note the utter failure of law schools to teach and the failure to demand internships before the fate of anyone is placed in their trust....a sad day for MA and a note of caution to all...
